NPC’s Election Task Force is now online
NPC on May 2 activates its Task Force Halalan to monitor and ensure smooth and continuous operations of its power facilities all over the country. Monitoring sites were established and launched in its
head office in Diliman Quezon City and in various satellite offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
TF Halalan, headed by NPC’s Vice President for SPUG Mr. Larry Sabellina has also prepared a contingency plan should unforeseen events arise.

The National Power Corporation (NPC) remains a government-owned and -controlled corporation mandated to perform missionary electrification or powering the farthest islands in the archipelago thru its Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG); watershed and dams management in support of power generation; and operations and maintenance of the Agus and Pulangi Hydropower Complexes in Mindanao. It is an attached agency of the Department of Energy (DOE).
