NPC sends employees to coaching and mentoring training, aims to raise new leaders
NPC has recently sent select managers and employees to leadership training on Coaching and Mentoring by the Civil Service Commission.
The training, facilitated by Director Roderick J. Romualdo of the CSC, aims to equip participants with the principles, processes and practices of mentoring and coaching colleagues or subordinates at work to develop competencies and leadership abilities.
Pre-pandemic, NPC has conducted in-person training on the same theme to ensure continuous improvement of its employees and maintain its public service with excellence.
