NPC Management holds strategic planning, gears up for better service through a more resilient and sustainable energy

NPC’s Management Committee headed by its Officer-In-Charge Usec Donato D. Marcos and select managers from all functional groups have joined a two-day strategic planning to assess and recalibrate NPC’s goals

and objectives in relation to the

global health crisis and identify new goals to better serve the public.

Husband and wife duo Mennen and Elyn Aracid led the planning session while introducing a refreshing take on discovering personality and leadership, and in building a scorecard and strategy map. Mennen is a human resource and training consultant and also a faculty of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, while Elyn is a human resource and organizational development consultant and a resident counselor in Cefam Ateneo and Don Bosco Makati.

The management strategic planning carries the theme, Thriving through Change: Ensuring Resilient and Sustainable Energy through Innovations. It aims to help the participants to find innovative ways to thrive in the midst of changes and challenges and to create a more resilient and sustainable power sources and facilities.
