NPC managers attend another leg of leadership seminar-workshop
NPC through its Training and Development Division has recently organized the first batch of a 3-day leadership program for its managers, titled Five Exemplary Practices of Leadership: Self Mastery and Integrity in Leadership and Accountable Governance.
Conducted by training consultant Mr. Audie B. Masigan, the program discussed essential qualities of an effective leader, the five practices of exemplary leadership according to Kouzes and Posner, and its role to achieve organizational goals, among others.
