NPC holds consultation workshop for MEP 2022-2026

To ensure that all power requirements from its customers are considered and that adequate and reliable power supply is maintained, the National Power Corporation has recently held a series of virtual consultation workshops

for the distribution utilities (DUs) and local government units it serves across the country. 

Key inputs from the participants will be harmonized with NPC’s Missionary Electrification Plan 2022 – 2026, the development plan that aims to increase access of off-grid areas to a stable and efficient supply of electricity. 

The workshop was held in four schedules, allowing a thorough discussion with the participants – Eastern and Western Mindanao ECs; Eastern and Western Visayas ECs; Marinduque, Quezon, Northern Luzon and Palawan areas; and Mindoro, Romblon and Bicol ECs. 

NPC was also well represented by managers and personnel whose functions are directly related to operations and power supply.
