NPC Chief meets MinGen employees
NPC President and CEO Pio J. Benavidez earlier this week met with NPC employees under Mindanao Generation Group to update them with the latest developments concerning the corporation.
President Pio also took the time to hear the concerns of the employees and address them. Some of the topics discussed were the salary adjustment, rehabilitation of the Agus-Pulangi Hydropower Complexes, and employee incentives, among others.

The National Power Corporation (NPC) remains a government-owned and -controlled corporation mandated to perform missionary electrification or powering the farthest islands in the archipelago thru its Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG); watershed and dams management in support of power generation; and operations and maintenance of the Agus and Pulangi Hydropower Complexes in Mindanao. It is an attached agency of the Department of Energy (DOE).
