LFI members meet online for its annual general assembly

Members and officers of the NPC Ladies Foundation Inc on Friday, January 15 have met online via Zoom to hold their general assembly.

Together, the ladies looked back on the things the group has accomplished despite the restrictions made by the pandemic. These fruitful and fun activities included nine sessions of Cooking-for-a-Cause, collection of donations and distribution of care packages to typhoon victims, and sharing of food from the online cooking class with frontliners, orphanages and other public/civil servants.

“Thanking and praising GOD always for my WOW Group - Women of Worth, Women of Wisdom and Women of Wonder, imbued with the inspiring spirit of giving, sharing and caring from our hearts,” said Ambassador Virginia H. Benavidez on the Foundation’s holding the assembly.

During the assembly, the ladies also tackled on the projects they intend to implement this year to raise funds and eventually commission another ICT classroom for Luzon, this time for a public school in Bato, Catanduanes.
