NPC reinforces stakeholder relations, holds customer relations seminar

NPC has recently conducted a two-day seminar on customer relations to allow employees in the frontline of service to understand better the role of customer relations in sustaining goodwill with stakeholders.

The interactive seminar led by training consultant Ms. Carmelita Masigan – Walton also aimed to teach the participants how to develop community relations plan and learn crisis communication.

The participants came from various functional groups whose main functions involve interaction with the corporation’s customers.
