NPC holds Coaching and Mentoring for Leaders course for employees
In partnership with the Civil Service Institute, NPC organizes a two-day seminar on Mentoring and Coaching for Leaders for its select employees.
The course, conducted by Organizational Planning, Learning and Development expert Mr. Audie B. Masigan, aims to equip leaders and managers with principles and processes of mentoring others. The workshop likewise intends to produce a work environment that nurtures competencies needed to achieve goals.
NPC organizes three batches of the said seminar which will be attended by its select employees from the Head Office, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The seminar is part of the corporation’s succession plan and competency building among its employees.
