NPC expresses support for women and the National Women’s Month
NPC joins the Philippine Commission on Women and several other institutions in celebrating the National Women’s Month this March.
The theme, ‘We Make Change Work for Women’ emphasizes the role of women as active drivers in bringing positive changes in the family and society.
NPC will be holding its own We Make Change, Women Inspiring Women Forum for all its head office-based women employees.

The National Power Corporation (NPC) remains a government-owned and -controlled corporation mandated to perform missionary electrification or powering the farthest islands in the archipelago thru its Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG); watershed and dams management in support of power generation; and operations and maintenance of the Agus and Pulangi Hydropower Complexes in Mindanao. It is an attached agency of the Department of Energy (DOE).
