After determining the corporation’s present situation and where it intends to grow and go, the second day of the 2017 Management Conference of NPC discusses the necessary tactics or measures it needs from its workforce to achieve its goals.
The workshop is led by Ms. Raquel Vylma Ovalles, an educator and trainer from the non-government organization sector.
The managers were divided into five groups and each group was tasked to process everyone’s inputs in every roadmap that was reported the previous day. The groups then presented the tactics they were able to come up with.
