𝐍𝐏𝐂’𝐬 𝐒𝐏𝐔𝐆 𝐋𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝

NPC’s SPUG Luzon Operations Department (SPUG-LOD) has recently been conferred with the Energy Efficiency Excellence Awards under the GOCC category by the Department of Energy.

The award recognized SPUG LOD’s consistent and outstanding energy efficiency and conservation practices. Specifically, the group posted savings of up to 30,760 kWh (approximately Php 379,547.40) and 1,889 Liters (approximately Php 111,513.15) for its electricity and fuel consumptions, respectively.

DOE Secretary Raphael Perpetuo M. Lotilla, Assistant Secretary Mylene C. Capongcol, and Director Patrick T. Aquino presented the Certificate of Excellence, trophy, and building marker to SPUG LOD ENERCON Committee (Engr. Ryan Charles R. Alipio, Engr. Vincent Lou G. Gascal and Ms. Anna Rebecca D. Presillas) and the Medal for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Focal Person to Engr. Rodrigo Q. Cayetano Jr. NPC SPUG LOD team was joined by Ms. Corazon Graciosa C. Tangcangco, Acting Division Manager of LOD-AFD.
