โNPC is like a kind and loving parent to all of us. Now that it has grown old, it is our turn to show some compassion to our parent,โ NPC President and CEO Fernando Martin โNaniโ Roxas on the 2023 Management Convocation calls on the managers to take good care of the corporation as it hurdles another wave of challenges.
President Nani not only sought the participantโs dedication to the work that awaits the executives this year but also expressed his confidence that NPC can get through.
The two-day leadership and management program discussed and cascaded the outputs of the 2023 strategic planning which includes sustainable goals to allow it to thrive in the coming years. This was facilitated by Mr. Menen M. Aracid, a human resource, training consultant and faculty of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
It also held executive talks on data analytics and management of change conducted by Professor Ma. Nieves R. Confessor and Professor Matthew George O. Escobido.
President Nani also conducted a Peoples Express Management Flight Simulator contest, a virtual project system that allows managers to learn and apply project management principles. The flight simulator is like a laboratory where the users can explore the consequences of different strategies in flying and growing the company.
The workshop ended with a fellowship dinner held at NPCโs Platinum Hall.
