NPC continues its Supervisory Development Program for employees
NPC, in partnership with the Civil Service Commission resumes the Supervisory Development Program Course on Achieving Leadership Effectiveness for the third batch of employees on July 11 and 12, 2019.
The course, conducted by Director Claudia Abalaos-Tan, aims to teach motivating techniques and best leadership practices to the participants.
Facilitated by the Training and Development Division, similar trainings will be soon organized for more employees.
