NPC organizes workshop on the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments for its HR personnel
To update its Human Resources personnel on the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and other HR Actions, NPC has organized a seminar workshop for its HR personnel on March 8-9 at Limketkai Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
The seminar-workshop, conducted by Ms. Cecilia C. Villafuerte of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), also aims to create a common understanding on the application of various policies, procedures and requirements of the CSC.
