LAMP Day 3: Design Thinking with Mr. Alberto Villegas, Jr.
On the last day of the leadership and management program, the NPC managers learned Design Thinking from Mr. Alberto Villegas, Jr., General Manager of Six Sigma Belt Guru, Inc.
The last session made the participants find design solutions to problems. This was done through the five phases of Design Thinking – empathizing with users, defining their needs and problems, ideate or challenging of assumptions to create innovative solutions, prototyping and testing of solutions.
