NPC conducts briefing on Republic Act No. 11032
In compliance to the directions of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), NPC on Friday, June 14 conducted briefing on Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services Act.
The briefing was facilitated by Ms. Carolina R. Velasco of ARTA and attended by division and department managers at the frontline of NPC services.
Republic Act 11032 which was signed into law last year seeks to facilitate prompt actions on all government transactions with efficiency. It likewise aims to remove bureaucratic red tape by directing agencies to complete transactions in a prescribed period.
