NPC holds suppliers’ and contractors’ forum
To pave the way towards a strong and responsive procurement, NPC has organized a Suppliers-Contractors’ Forum on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the NPC Head Office in Quezon City.
Over 60 companies/organizations attended the forum which discussed updates on the Government Procurement Policy Board’s (GPPB) issuances and 2019 Bidding documents including the contents & technical specifications of the terms of reference.
NPC President and CEO has called for a maintained professionalism, transparency and accountability among the suppliers and contractors.
The forum also had an open forum to discuss queries and concerns of the suppliers and contractors. This is to allow a smoother conduct of public biddings.
The forum was concluded by a message of NPC’s newly appointed Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairman, Atty. Rogel T. Teves.
