ManCon Day 2: Work Life Integration and NPC’s 2019 Operational Plan
On the second day of NPC’s 2018 Management Conference (November 8, Thursday), Management and Human Resource Consultant and former president of the People Management Association of the Philippines Mr. Jesse Francis Rebustillo gave a fun and wisdom-packed talk on work-life integration for the NPC executives.
He shared the importance of having an abundance mindset, efficiency, leading from strength and authenticity.
In the afternoon, the seven functional groups of NPC discussed its way forward - challenges and proposed strategies for next year. NPC President and CEO Pio J. Benavidez added up his thoughts on the presentations and entertained questions from the participants. The second day ended with a fellowship night.
