Bid Description	REHABILITATION OF MRSQ NO. 14 (COA’S HOUSING QUARTER) PROJECT LOCATION: NPC Compound, Ditucalan, Iligan City PROJECT DURATION : SEVENTY-FIVE (75) calendar days SCOPE OF WORK The work and services to be performed by the Contractor for this undertaking shall essentially consist of, but not limited to the following: A. Mobilization/establishment of Contractors complete construction camp and other facilities; B. CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM (To provide safety signages and PPE’s on the whole duration of the project. First aid kit and 10lbs Fire Extiguisher must be present at the site and shall be turned-over to NPC after the completion of the project, if not used.) C. MATERIALS AND STRENGTH TESTING D. CLEARING, DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL WORKS E. REPAIR OF ROOF LEAK AND APPLICATION OF VULCASEAL ON ALL INSTALLED ROOF TEXSCREW & POSSIBLE ENTRY OF RAINWATER F. CEILING WORKS G. TILE WORKS H. LAYING AND PLASTERING OF CHB WALL (T&B) – UPPER FLOOR I. PLUMBING WORKS (SANITARY FIXTURES) J. PAINTING WORKS K. ELECTRICAL WORKS L. WINDOWS M. CABINET WORKS N. SANDING OF FLOOR WOOD TILES AND APPLICATION OF 3 COATS LACQUER SANDING SEALER O. Demobilization including clearing of site/demolition of Contractor’s camp facilities. (PCAB) license & Registration Category : General Building -Category C or D; Small B – Building and Industrial Plant
