NPC Student Traineeship Program – is part of NPC’s industry academic linkage program whereby graduating college students of accredited universities and colleges undertake their internship or office Practicum in various organizational units in NPC Head Office and Field Offices to comply with the academic requirements for graduation. It has two (2) major components: the Technical and Non-Technical Internship. Applicants should be students of NPC accredited school**/ institutions; be in the senior year of study where school requires them to undertake office practice for a maximum of 300 hrs. for non-technical and 400 hrs for technical. The applicants must have a General Average rating of 2.5 or its equivalent for the last two (2) semesters attended and be able to render at least twenty (20) hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) on the job training.

NPC Cadetship Program – is a structured on the Job Training Program intended for graduates of Engineering Courses. It aims to provide the basic knowledge and skills to enable new graduates to gain experience in the various aspects of power plant operations and maintenance. Applicants should be 25 years  old and below and should pass the qualifying Technical Examination and Interviews. (See announcement of Opening).
