Members of the SPUG’s Operations Planning and Performance Assessment and Catanduanes-Masbate-Albay Operations Division recently attended the Oracle training and briefing for Budget Preparation System in NPC Head Office. The training, conducted by the Budget and Program Review Division and the Information and Technology Services Department equips the attendees with knowledge on how to use the Oracle system for budget preparation & monitoring.

At the end of the session, the attendees were tasked to encode actual data of their budget proposal for 2016. The same training and briefing will also be conducted to NPC offices nationwide.
