Admittedly the NPC's week-long celebration of the "Going on 70" Anniversary
was one of the books a big hit and not a miss, we say breathlessly. NPC
personnel showed their stuff, all pumped and revved up as they participated
in the various activities where brains and brawn are at stake. |

The Awareness of the 7-points STAR management values and performance objectives
were manifested in the recent HRA STAR Individual Team Awards. Out of the 14
awards up for grabs, FMD run away with six(6) individual awards and four(4) Team
awards.
