RESERVING AS PERMANENT FORESTS CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN NUEVA ECIJA, NUEVA VIZCAYA, BONTOC, CAGAYAN, BULACAN, PANGASINAN, QUEZON, LAGUNA,  CAMARINES SUR AND ILOILO.

 Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry and approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and set aside as permanent forest reserves, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcels of the public domain more particularly described as follows:

All boundaries are subject to actual survey by precise instrument and establishment of the permanent corners.

Improvement and development of pertinent portions of the watershed shall be undertaken in specific or cooperative projects by the Bureau of Forestry, with the cooperation of the Reforestation Administration, National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority, National Irrigation Administration, Bureau of Public Works, National Power Corporation and Bureau of Soils. The services of other agencies may be called upon whenever necessary.
